Since 2025, WVD has been part of the Nivem Group, alongside Nivem, a Moroccan construction company. One group, from construction to operation.
In 2025, World Video Distribution joined the Nivem Group, chaired by Ms. Lamyae Sellali. Nivem delivers buildings, site development, roads and utility networks. For a building owner, the group brings two complementary trades together.
Trade packages are coordinated from the design stage, through one point of contact. The property manager receives a documented building, already known to our teams. Each step can also be entrusted on its own.
