A word from the President

A building is better thought through as one piece: the structure, the networks, the equipment and how it will be run, decided together from the design stage.

Dr. Lamyae Sellali, who holds an MBA and a DBA, has led Nivem since 2011, a Moroccan company specializing in construction and public works.

Over fifteen years of projects, she has formed a firm conviction: a building’s value shows over time, through its performance, its energy efficiency and how simple it is to operate.

That vision led her to take over WVD in 2025, with the ambition of bringing construction closer to the technologies that bring buildings and workspaces to life. Through Nivem and WVD, she champions an integrated approach that combines building expertise, technological innovation and operational excellence in service of organizations.
