WVD, part of the Nivem Group: from construction to operation
Since 2025, WVD has been part of the Nivem Group, alongside Nivem, a Moroccan construction company. One group, from construction to operation.
Nivem and WVD at the 58th Habitat and Francophonie Network Conference in Marrakech
On May 8 and 9, 2026, Nivem and WVD were invited to Marrakech for the 58th Habitat and Francophonie Network Conference. An opportunity to meet developers and architects from Morocco and abroad.
On May 8 and 9, 2026, Marrakech hosted the 58th Conference of the Habitat and Francophonie Network (RHF), organized by Groupe Al Omrane. Its theme: “Toward an integrated approach to the sustainability of affordable housing.”
Official visual: Habitat and Francophonie Network.
Two themes at the heart of our business
- The digital transformation of housing: connecting and controlling a building’s equipment.
- Environmental performance: lighting and HVAC that follow actual occupancy, and equipment maintained to last.
Who we met
Nivem and WVD met developers and architects from Morocco and abroad. They decide, from the design stage, what place digital technology takes in a building. Within the group, Nivem builds and WVD equips: a program can be handled from construction to operation.
Thank you to Groupe Al Omrane for the invitation and for two well-organized days.
