Deployment & Client Operations Manager (M/F)

Role
WVD installs, connects and maintains the digital systems of buildings with its own teams. You deliver the projects WVD sells and look after service quality. You run deployment and coordinate everyone involved.
Responsibilities
- Take over projects after signature and launch them
- Build schedules and track milestones
- Coordinate our technical teams and the other trades
- Track risks, actions and open issues
- Organize acceptance tests and check compliance
- Keep the client informed at every stage
Profile
- Degree in engineering, IT, telecoms or technical project management
- Experience managing technical projects
- Experience coordinating people on site
- Good grasp of IT, networks or connected systems
Conditions
- Based in Morocco, travel to sites
- Permanent contract or freelance, depending on profile
- An in-house technical team, from design to maintenance
- Training on project equipment
- French and English
- Growth toward operations management
